Our Founder - Dr. Iris Ware, PhD, MAIR, LPA, HCS, CPT, LOS
Dr. Ware is a Human Capital Strategist and Transformation Navigator. With more than 20 years of experience in senior-level leadership, managerial and consultant roles, Dr. Ware is known for building talent management capability, leading change, transformation initiatives, and designing accelerated learning. Dr. Ware’s work has been featured as conference keynotes, in publications, podcasts, and research.
Dr. Ware holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, master's and doctoral degrees from Wayne State University, certification for Lean for Office and Services from the University of Michigan, Design Thinking Certification from Harvard University, certifications in human performance technology, human capital strategy, and change management.
Dr. Ware is a state-licensed Personnel Consulting Agent, serves as a member of the Forbes HR Council, the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board, and Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council, an opt-in community of researchers and business professionals.
Dr. Ware is a state-licensed Personnel Consulting Agent, leads Ware and Associates LLC is a state-licensed Personnel Consulting Agency; Visionnaire motivational support group for women; and the Learning and Development Innovation Lab. She currently serves as Chief Learning Officer for the City of Detroit.
